3 states in 1 day

Let's see, I left Asheville today via Starbucks at 10am, late start, as usual, but I did leave! So, I headed to Knoxville for the beef jerky outlet. The beef jerky there is lovely. I snacked on that about the entire way until I realized that hubby had packed the peanut m &M's,,yummo!~ 2 venti Lattes, diet coke, sweet tea, do you sense a theme here? I needed caffeine people and I needed it as fast as I could get it:) So, finished at the beef jerky outlet then started to find Cracker Barrels all along the way. Finally got to Nashville and through Nashville and FINALLY found another Starbucks in Jackson, TN!! Got lost there and got to the end of my journey in Tn, Memphis, home of ELVIS PRESLEY, barbecue and blues:) I just wish I could have had some of that barbecue,,,I'm hungry now. I'll pretend this glass of ice water is something special---ha! It took me a mere 8 hours to go 509 miles,,,shewee,,and I still wasn't done. After that, I had to drive from Memphis to Greenville MS, which was another,,150 miles, 3 hours, because of the 4 lane traffic, so this trip took me about 12 hours. 11 hours of driving and 1 hour of getting out, stretching my legs, filling up my car, and goofing off, finding Starbucks, what a fun-filled day.

Oh, new car, got on this trip an average of 26 miles per gallon,,,AWESOME DEAL!

So, here I am in my nice bed and breakfast, aka, mom's house and here's my room:)
