I'm late, I'm late, I'm late!!

I'm late with Tuesday's meal!!! so sorry, but even though I'm just putting this up, you can make it on the stove-top:)

Here are the crock pot directions:)

4 frozen skinless chicken breasts
1 packet taco seasoning
1 large jar salsa
1 large bag frozen corn
3 cans black beans drained

Lid on. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours:) Serve with lowfat shreaded cheese, nonfat sourcream and tortilla chips.

I don't have all the nutrition infor on this one, but 1 cup of this is 2 points on the WW counter:)

Since I only cook for one and I'm nannying during lunch, I pretty much make one meal on Monday and then it lasts for the entire week.

This will be my meal for next week! Can't wait! I LOVE cooking with my crock pot!
